Privacy policy

Updated: June 30, 2026

Who we are

kjut (getkjut.com) provides a training and wellbeing program built for women. We are the controller of your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This privacy policy explains what data we collect, why we use it, which third-party services we use, and what rights you have.

What data we collect

We only collect data needed to provide the service, run the website, or that you share voluntarily:

  • Contact details: your email address and choices you mark in the waitlist form.
  • Account and app usage data: goals, how you feel, workout history, and other data you enter in the app.
  • Health and cycle data you choose to enter in the app.
  • Technical and usage information on the website: device type, browser, page views, clicks, scroll depth, and other interaction events (only with your consent for analytics cookies).
  • Chat data: messages and contact details if you use live chat (only with consent for functional cookies).
  • Cookie consent choices stored by Cookiebot.

How we use data and the legal basis

  • Personalize workout recommendations based on your cycle and how you feel (performance of a contract).
  • Keep the app and website running, secure, and supported (legitimate interest / contract).
  • Manage the waitlist and send invites or important service messages (consent or legitimate interest).
  • Improve the website and understand how it is used with Google Analytics (consent - statistics cookies).
  • Measure ad performance and optimize communication with Meta (Facebook) Pixel (consent - marketing cookies).
  • Provide live chat support through Chatwoot (consent - functional cookies).
  • Meet legal obligations and defend our rights (legitimate interest).

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies. Cookie consent is managed by Cookiebot (Usercentrics A/S). The first time you visit, we show a consent banner; we do not load non-essential cookies without your choice.

  • Necessary cookies - required for the website to work and to store your cookie choices (for example, Cookiebot cookies). They load automatically and do not need extra consent.
  • Functional cookies - enable extras such as the live chat window (Chatwoot). Loaded only with your consent.
  • Statistics cookies - help us understand how the website is used (Google Analytics 4). Loaded only with your consent.
  • Marketing cookies - used for ad measurement and audience analysis (Meta Pixel). Loaded only with your consent.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer or the consent banner. A detailed, automatically updated cookie list is at the bottom of this page.

Third-party services

We do not sell your data. We share certain data with trusted providers who help us deliver the service. They process data only on our instructions and with appropriate security measures:

  • Cookiebot (Usercentrics A/S) - cookie consent management.
  • Google LLC (Google Analytics) - website usage statistics.
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel) - advertising and conversion measurement.
  • Chatwoot Inc. - live chat support on the website.
  • Airtable - storing waitlist email addresses.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers - website and API operations.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the US). In those cases we rely on transfer mechanisms approved by the European Commission or other bases allowed by GDPR.

How long we keep data

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service, honor consent, or follow the law. Waitlist data is kept until it is no longer needed for that purpose or until you ask us to delete it. Analytics and marketing retention periods are set by the relevant providers.

Your rights

  • Access your data and get a copy.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Ask us to delete data where the law allows.
  • Restrict processing or object to certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent at any time (for example, for statistics or marketing cookies) - this does not affect processing already done.
  • Lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate (ada.lt).
